These Indian fishermen take plastic out of the sea and use it to build roads

Each of 1.3 billion Indians use on average 11kg of plastic pa. The Indus carries the second most plastic to the ocean of any river in the world, the Ganges the sixth. Now Indian fishermen are being paid to land plastic caught in their nets for a new industry to turn it into road surfaces.
